Gluten Free Nutella Brownie

If you want to make a simple cake type treat, you cannot get simpler than this. It uses just three ingredients! I know chocolate brownie is one us Coeliacs get fed up of but sometimes you just can't resist, especially when it is so easy! Nutella is gluten free and so are a lot of cheaper brand alternatives if you want to experiment! To make dairy free use something like Natures Path Chocolate Spread

Ingredients

400g Nutella (or supermarket brand alternative or even dairy free alternative)
100g gluten free plain flour
2 eggs
  • Preparation Time: 10 Mins
  • Cooking Time: 20 Mins
  • This recipe makes 12 brownies

Method

1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl until creamy and smooth.

2. Grease a square or rectangle cake tin, around 8in will be big enough, you don't want a pan to small so you end up with a risen cake but not to flat either so it doesn't come out to thin. Pour the mix into the tin.

3. Bake the brownie in the oven for 20 mins on gas mark 5 this will give you a nice fudgy consistency, if you prefer your brownie a little more solid leave for another 5 mins.

4. Allow brownie to cool a little before removing from tin, once removed cut into pieces and serve hot or cold.
