If you want to make a simple cake type treat, you cannot get simpler than this. It uses just three ingredients! I know chocolate brownie is one us Coeliacs get fed up of but sometimes you just can't resist, especially when it is so easy! Nutella is gluten free and so are a lot of cheaper brand alternatives if you want to experiment!

200g nutella
50g gluten free self raising flour
2 medium eggs

1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl until creamy and smooth.

2. Grease a square or rectangle cake tin, around 8in will be big enough, you don't want a pan to small so you end up with a risen cake but not to flat either so it doesn't come out to thin. Pour the mix into the tin.

3. Bake the brownie in the oven for 30-40 mins on gas mark 5, check if the mix is cooked in the middle with a skewer or knife, if still runny in the centre but top is browned, cover with tin foil and recheck every 10 mins until skewer/knife comes out clear.

4. Allow brownie to cool a little before removing from tin, once removed cut into pieces and serve hot or cold.
