Meanwhile grill or fry the bacon until crispy and then cut into bitesize pieces.

Whisk together the cream, eggs, egg yolks and mixed herbs. Grate the cheese and then whisk into the egg mixture.

Drain the pasta and pour the egg mix into the pan, place the pan on a medium heat and allow the egg to cook, you should end up with a runny scrambled egg texture.
