Place the spinach on a plate then slice the radishes and cucumber and place on top.

Warm the mackerel in the microwave for about 90 seconds (until hot all the way through).

While the mackerel is warming, cut the cherries in half and remove the pits, place the cherry halves on the salad.

Break up the mackerel into chunks and scatter over the top along with flaked almonds.

In a small pot or jug add the honey, tamari sauce and lemon juice and mix together then drizzle over the salad and serve!
