Gluten Free Slow Cooker Lamb Dhansak
You can't beat a good gluten free curry, this dhansak is packed with lamb, lentils and lovely flavours

I love a good curry, this lamb dhansak is amazing done in the slow cooker, the lamb is beautiful and tender and it it super filling with all the protein power in there. Naturally gluten free, this dish is perfect any day of the week and even better served with a side of rice.

Method

  1. Peel and chop the onion and carrot, dice the red pepper and place in the slow cooker along with the garlic, ginger and whole cherry tomatoes.

  2. Chop the lamb steaks into bitesize chunks and add to the slow cooker along with the red lentils.

  3. Add the curry powder, coriander leaf and stock to the cooker and give it a good mix.

  4. Cook on high for 4 hours.
