Peel and chop the onion and carrot, dice the red pepper and place in the slow cooker along with the garlic, ginger and whole cherry tomatoes.

Chop the lamb steaks into bitesize chunks and add to the slow cooker along with the red lentils.

Add the curry powder, coriander leaf and stock to the cooker and give it a good mix.

Cook on high for 4 hours.
