Core the bramley apples, place on a plate and put a tablespoon of sugar into the middle of each apple. Place in the microwave for about 5 minutes until soft.

Scoop out the flesh of the apples (and any sugar that has escaped) and place in a saucepan, the skins can be disregarded.

Add the cider, cream, rosemary, salt and water to the bramley apples, stir thoroughly and bring to the boil, leave to simmer for 5 minutes.

While waiting for the sauce, chop the pork into bitesize chunks and place in frying pan. Fry until browned on both sides. Once the sauce has simmered add to the pork and leave to simmer until the pork has cooked through. Serve with a selection of vegetables.
