Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl until creamy and smooth.

Grease a square or rectangle cake tin, around 8in will be big enough, you don't want a pan to small so you end up with a risen cake but not to flat either so it doesn't come out to thin. Pour the mix into the tin.

Bake the brownie in the oven for 20 mins on gas mark 5/190c this will give you a nice fudgy consistency, if you prefer your brownie a little more solid leave for another 5 mins.

Allow brownie to cool a little before removing from tin, once removed cut into pieces and serve hot or cold.
