Cut the cod into 6 fingers.

Beat the egg in a bowl and set aside while you lightly crush the cornflakes in a bag
using a rolling pin or meat tenderiser, once crushed place in another bowl.

Roll the fish fingers in the egg and then in the cornflakes until well covered, place on a greased baking tray, repeat for all the finger.

Place the fingers in the oven for 15-20 mins on gas mark 4/180c until the fish is cooked through.
