Place the beans and chickpeas in a bowl and lightly mash with a potato masher, you want some chunky bits though so don't overdo it.

Add chopped chillis, diced spring onion, cajun, coriander and breadcrumbs and stir well.

Crumble the feta into smallish chunks and add to the bean mix along with the egg, stir though, evenly distributing the feta.

Divide the mix into 4 and gently form each into burgers, press together well to ensure the burgers don't fall apart.

Heat a frying pan and place the burgers into the pan (use a little oil if you like, I dry fried in a none stick pan), fry for 2-3 mins on each side they will go a nice dark brown but don't let them burn, the feta will just start to melt and the beans should be fully heat through. Serve with with our without a bun!
