Whisk all the ingredients together thoroughly, then pour the batter into a hot, lightly greased frying pan. Fry for around 1-2 minutes on each side.

Add your fillings of choice, I used ham and cheese but you can do alternative fillings to keep it dairy free if you wish, fold in half then quarter. If using cheese let it melt for 30 seconds or so before removing from the pan.
Recipe makes 6 galettes, I would recommend 2 galettes would be 1 serving.
