The mix in pretty thin so you need to be careful with it. Heat a frying pan and keep it on a low heat, the need to cook through slowly. Add a couple of tablespoonfuls of the mixture very slowly to the pan to create a small pancake, cook for 3-4 mins on one side, then flip the pancake over and cook for a further 3-4 mins. They are fragile so be careful when flipping!

Repeat with the rest of the mixture, you should get 4 pancakes out of the mixture. Serve however you like!
