1. Mix together flour, cocoa and sugar in a large mug.
2. Beat in the egg, oil and milk until you get a glossy, smooth mix. Add in a few drops of any flavourings if you wish to make something a little different from a plain chocolate cake, peppermint or orange flavourings both work well.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips and then place in the microwave for 4-5 minutes until cooked (stick a skewer or knife in the middle, it should come out clean)
4. Top with some grated chocolate (or even some marshmallows or chocolate sauce!)
