Method

1. Unwrap the the two white chocolate bars (if you are not sure which ones are gluten free, Milkybar or Green and Blacks are my usual choices, you can find more on my gluten free chocolate and sweets blog) side by side on a tray and melt in the oven for a couple of mins. The oven temp doesn't really matter, just keep a close eye, check every 30 seconds or so as it doesn't take long, you want it so it holds shape but melted. I had my oven on gas 4 and it took about 1.5 mins. If you tray isn't metal you could do it the microwave too.

2. Drag a skewer though the melted chocolate to combine the two bars into one. If you want a two tone effect you could use one bar milk choc and one bar white.

3. Break half the gluten free pretzels in half. Put one full one and 2 halves at the top of it to create antlers. Add a red nose (I use chocolate M&M's), sticking it on with a dot of the melted choc. Decorate the rest as you like - I used more M&M's in yellow and green and some clear sugar crystals to look like snow, but you could also use gluten free sugar strands, snowflakes or other sweets, chocolates or gluten free biscuits.

4. Place your chocolate in the fridge and allow to cool and set for at least a few hours, break at eat! The gluten free pretzels do go soggy in the fridge after a while so once set I advise taking out of the fridge and breaking into an airtight box unless you are going to eat it all in one day!
