1. Cut the salmon fillets into chunks and fry in frying pan until cooked through.
2. Chop the spring onions and add to the frying pan along with the sugar snap peas, fry for a few minutes.
3. Meanwhile, soak the noodles in boiling water for a couple of minutes until the noodles are soft then add these to the frying pan.
4. Add the sauce to the pan and mix well, allow the sauce to heat through and then serve.
