Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

There is nothing better than a biscuit recipe that is uses minimal ingredients and lets face it, you can't go much less than three! You can whip this cookies up in no time if you want a quick biscuit fix as long as you have peanut butter, eggs and sugar in the house. Great to make with the kiddies, plus they are naturally gluten and dairy free.

Ingredients

200g crunchy peanut butter
175g sugar
1 large egg
  • Preparation Time: 5 Mins
  • Cooking Time: 10 Mins
  • This recipe makes 12 cookies

Method

1. Beat all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

2. Place tablespoon fulls of the mix onto a greased baking tray about an inch apart and flatten each with a spoon or fork.

3. Heat oven to gas mark 4 and bake for 10 mins until golden brown.

You could also add dark chocolate chunks or melting it on top for that extra naughtiness.
