Due to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak in the UK we have taken the decision to temporally close our
online shop effective immediately, 30th March 2020. Until now our shop has remained available, but the
orders we have been receiving have been significantly lower than normal.
While we are just a small, home business between myself and my fiancé, we have decided to take this decision now in the hope that we can help to remove some of the unnecessary work put into the postal service here in the UK and around the world.
We hope to resume normal service as soon as possible when the situation begins to return to normal. We hope all our customers, both old and new remain safe in this worrying time.

Our gluten free take on a tart based on a millionaires shortbread, shortcrust pastry filled with chocolate, caramel and crumble. This isn't for the faint hearted, it is very aromatic and very sweet but it is great for a special occasion as something a little different, it's every sweet tooth's dream.

I have been craving a vanilla slice for a few weeks so I decided I needed to try and make gluten free ones, and to make my mum happy I made them dairy free too. And, they taste just like I remember gluten filled one from the bakeries. If you don't need dairy free and have patience you could make the puff pastry using our recipe.

Soup is the best of those cold days when you just want to snuggle up on the sofa. A nice bowl of naturally gluten free creamy tomato soup would certainly hit the spot, it can also be made dairy free/vegan if the cream is omitted, as nice as the cream makes it, it is still very delicious without it.

I have been asked for a Welsh Cake recipe so often I thought it was about time I made them! These are gluten free and so delicious, they work best with proper butter but you can make them with dairy free spread or margarine if you really want to. They are so tasty you won't be able to stop at eating just one.

The summer heat seems to have disappeared so it must be time for soup again! Carrot and coriander is one of those popular flavours you just have to make, we add a hint of paprika to give it a tiny bit of kick. Great to take work, uni or eat at home and it's so cheap to make, what's more it is gluten free and vegan!
