Mini Flapjacks

Makes 16 flapjack pieces

Sometimes a bite size piece of flapjack is all you need. We made these with sweetener and light sunflower spread to make them lower in sugar, fat and calories but they are still very delicious as long as you can tolerate oats of course. Meatballs, Pasta and Gravy

If you are not a fan of tomato based pasta dishes why not put meatballs and pasta in gravy instead. It's like a fusion been Italian and English and very delicious. Gluten free pasta is always best cooked al dente, so remember not to cook it too long, you don't want it turning to a mush though, with added gravy it can get a bit sloppy!
