Due to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak in the UK we have taken the decision to temporally close our
online shop effective immediately, 30th March 2020. Until now our shop has remained available, but the
orders we have been receiving have been significantly lower than normal.
While we are just a small, home business between myself and my fiancé, we have decided to take this decision now in the hope that we can help to remove some of the unnecessary work put into the postal service here in the UK and around the world.
We hope to resume normal service as soon as possible when the situation begins to return to normal. We hope all our customers, both old and new remain safe in this worrying time.

With winter fast approaching it's time for warm, stodgy comfort food. Bursting with flavour and spice, this naturally gluten free lentil and gammon soup is one of my ultimate favourites. It freezes well to batch cook and bring out as a quick meal, just, make sure it is fully cold before popping into a freezable container.

Angel cake has to be my favourite cake, I've been wanting to make a gluten free one for so long but not had chance, until now. Beautiful, light layered sponge with delicate flavours to each tier, sandwiched with buttercream and topped with silky icing, an absolute stunner of a cake.

Chocolate cake with white chocolate spread and cookie frosting, amazingly gluten free and so nice. So nice this cake actually won a bake off competition at the care home my Dad is in when they had their summer fayre and it sold out in minutes! Perfect for a birthday party!

So after a question on social media I thought I would do a "leftovers" recipe collection, basically tell me a few left over items you have and I will come up with a recipe. Lisa kindly gave the ingredients, potato, onion and some cheese...so here we have gluten free cheese and onion potato cakes!

We love cowboy pie in our house, it's like a gluten free cottage pie, only better. A layer of mince beef lightly spiced with curry powder and padded out with some veg, a middle layer of baked beans and a gorgeous creamy mash topping with some cheese to brown it off. Proper comfort food!
