Sometimes a naturally gluten free sorbet is a nice treat to have when you want something a bit more refreshing than ice cream. It's easy to make, more so when you have an ice cream maker to hand, it only takes a few simple ingredients and you could do this with any fruit really, pineapple, apple, peach, would all work well.

1. Dice the mango and blend in a food processor or blender until you have a puree.
2. Add the yogurt and sugar and give another quick blend.
3. If using an ice cream maker, pour into the maker and allow the machine to work for 10-20 mins or until the mix is adequately frozen. If not using an ice cream maker, pour into a freezable container and place in the freezer, every half hour stir the mix to prevent ice crystals forming, do this every half hour for 3-4 hours until the sorbet has frozen adequately.
NB: you could always make it dairy free by using soya yogurt!
