1. Cut the mango flesh into cubes and split between 2 bowls, do the same with the pineapple.
2. Pour yogurt onto the top of the fruit.
3. Crush the meringue nests lightly, you don't want it to end up like powder, and scatter on top of the fruit and yogurt, lightly mix through.
If you wish to add a sauce like a proper eton mess then blend about a third of the fruit in a blender and mix through the fruit, meringue and yogurt
You could make this dairy free by using alpro peach soya yogurt, remember to add on an extra 2 syns per serving if you are following slimming world though.
