A thick, creamy and refreshing gluten free raspberry banana milkshake made with just four simple ingredients. This easy recipe is naturally vegan, dairy free and coeliac friendly, making it the perfect fruity treat for warm summer days.

Gluten Free Raspberry Banana Milkshake (Vegan & Dairy Free)

Ingredients

2 medium bananas
50g fresh raspberries
100g Swedish Glace raspberry dessert (regular ice cream if dairy free not needed)
400ml soya milk (regular milk if dairy free not needed)

Optional Toppings
Dairy free aerosol cream (regular aerosol cream if dairy free not needed)
Hundreds and thousands or sugar strands.

Preparation Time: 5 Mins
Cooking Time: 5 Mins

Soya

Method

1. Slice up the banana and place in a blender, add in most of the raspberries. Reserve a few for the top if you like.

2. Add in the dairy free raspberry dessert, or regular gluten free ice cream if you don't need it vegan/dairy free along with your milk of choice. I used soya as the ice cream is soya based so they go well together, but you could use any dairy free milk you like.

2. Blend for 10-20 seconds until the fruit is blended and pour into 2 glasses.

3. To finish, you can top with aerosol cream, sprinkles and even a couple of raspberries if you like, or you can drink it straight as it is!
