I'm not a fan of brandy in my sauces so love making peppercorn sauce without and it is really easy to make naturally gluten free even when some restaurants insist on adding wheat flour. This non alcoholic peppercorn sauce is perfect over steak, it is beautifully creamy and packed full of flavour.
