Gluten Free No Yeast Mayonnaise Bread - Coeliac Sanctuary

This bread uses just 4 simple storecupboard ingredients. We have made it gluten free but is it also yeast free and can be made dairy free too by switching the milk to a dairy free milk. It cooks in just 45 mins and is super delicious, soft and fluffy!

400g gluten free self raising flour
400ml milk (any type)
6tbsp mayonnaise (preferably full fat)
Preparation Time: 10 Mins

Celery, Crustaceans, Fish, Gluten, Lupin, Molluscs, Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame, Soya, Sulphites, Tree Nuts
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Beat really well, it will go like a smooth cake batter, this is the consistency we want.
2. Preheat oven to gas mark 6. Grease and line a 2lb loaf tin and pour in the mix.
3. Place in the oven and bake for 35 mins, turn down to gas mark 4 and cook for a further 10 mins.
4. Once cooked turn out and allow to cool before slicing.
This recipe makes 12-16 slices
