Gluten Free Crustless Yogurt Egg Custard - Coeliac Sanctuary

Simple yogurt based egg custard as an alternative to regular egg custard, we have made it with dairy free yogurt, sweetener instead of sugar and no crust to make it lower calorie and a quick sweet fix. It is great if you follow Slimming World but need dairy free as it is low in syns and just as tasty as a proper egg custard.

6 eggs
500g alpro vanilla soya yogurt
6tbsp stevia
1 tbsp ground nutmeg

Preparation Time: 5 Mins
Cooking Time: 30 Mins

This recipe contains

Egg, Soya


1. Beat the eggs, yogurt and sweetener together in a bowl.

2. Pour the mix into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle the nutmeg on the top.

3. Bake in the oven on gas mark 4 for about 30 mins until set and golden.

Vanilla soya yogurt can be replaced with any other vanilla yogurt or even banana and custard Muller Light works well if dairy fre is not required
