Curried Chicken Pasta

225g gluten free pasta
225g cooked chicken pieces
1 green pepper, sliced
Lettuce leaves
4 tbsp Fat free natural yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp curry powder


1. Cook the pasta in boiling water.

2. Drain well and add chicken and peppers.

3. Mix yogurt, lemon and curry powder, add to pasta and mix well.

4. Serve on bed of lettuce
