Cheats iced buns have to the the best thing ever. No need to make brioche rolls, just use Schar ones, fill with jam, cream or both and top with sticky icing and you have the best quick sweet treat. They are great to give the kids when they are whining or if you want something quick to make.

We haven't done it with Dairy Free cream which it why we have marked the recipe as not being dairy free, however you could use something like Alpro soya cream in place if you wanted to make they dairy free.
